We experienced an outage yesterday that resulted in some manually inputted data being lost.
You will need to redo all manually inputted data done on, 12/10/2020:
- All manually inputted products, rules, customers, invoices, tracking numbers, stocktakes, bank statements, invoice status changes.
- Easywholesale operations - product copying, stock updates.
- Any other manual changes
We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience and our engineers are exhausting all efforts investigating the issue at the moment to ensure this won't happen again
